Property (previously known as Property Times), a weekly pullout tabloid
published together with the New Straits Times on Saturdays was initiated to fill
a need and is the only one of its kind in the country.
Triggered by the property glut, "Property Times has been designed to be a stimulus for
the property market; a vehicle which will make buying decisions more informed," said executive
vice-chairman of the New Straits Times Group Datuk Seri Abdul Rahman during the launch of the
tabloid at the Home Ownership Campaign 2001 at PWTC on April 12, 2001.
This publication offers players in the property industry a platform to
encourage property investments to push the Malaysian economy forward.

Why Advertise in Property
Developers of commercial, industrial and residential property can reach a
large audience of investors who as Malaysians have a high savings rate. Likewise property materials, machinery and
furnishing suppliers can meet their audience segments in the pages of Property.
Content wise, Property offers "brick and mortar" stories as well as provide reporting
on real estate issues. Besides property-related stories, there will be reports on corporate
profiles, home loans, interior design and do-it-yourself activities. The NSTP Group will also
use the power of the media, particularly the Press, to support this vital part of our economy.
The editorial environment therefore caters to a wide spectrum of readers in a lucrative industry.
