Sunday Mail, the Sunday edition of The Malay Mail has been very much a part of the weekend leisure reading scene for decades.

Unlike The Malay Mail, which is an afternoon tabloid newspaper, the Sunday Mail is distributed on Saturday evening with an updated edition appearing in the newsstands on Sunday morning.

Who Reads Sunday Mail

The Sunday Mail is read by professionals and executives (35% of readers), white collar workers inclusive of business people (30.5%) and students (19.3%). 28.7% of readers have household incomes in the RM2, 000 to RM4, 000 range, another 28.7% in the over RM4, 000 category and 21.7% in the over RM5, 000 income category.

With its broad appeal, its readership extends from students and office workers to business people and captains of industry of both sexes. The readership can be described as resourceful, knowledge seeking and affluent.
